The Girls’ Brigade Singapore (GBS) is an international uniformed youth organisation for girls, recognised by Ministry of Education of Singapore as a Co-Curricular Activity in the schools. GBS is an associate member of the National Council of Social Service and was registered as a Charity under the Charities Act, 1982 since 23 April 1985. GBS is registered as an Institution of Public Character (IPC) under the Ministry of Education.

Dear girls,
We are meeting this Sat, same time, same place...
And we are having an end-of-year party! Woohoo!!
Please come in your GB polo-T and white skirt.
We would need all your help to chip in for the food and drinks so that there'll be enough food for the party.
Here's a list of items that will be nice to have at the party. Please indicate in the tagbox by tonight if you are able to bring them. I will consolidate your offers and place your names beside the food items so you will know who to bring what. =)

1) Fried rice/ beehoon/ pasta (2 people needed): prepare enough for 25 people each [Wern Syn]
2) Sausages (2 people needed): prepare enough for 50 people each
3) Seaweed chicken/ chicken nuggets (2 people needed): prepare for 50 people each [Charlene]
4) Mini muffins/ mini sandwiches (1 person needed): prepare for 35 people
*please note that there will be a cake, so mini sized portions is important
5) Dessert/ Jelly (2 people needed): prepare for 35 people each
*Please suggest what type of dessert you would like to bring
6) Snacks/ Chips (3 people needed): prepare 3 big bags of chips each [Leanne, Edelene, Charlene]
7) Drinks (5 people needed): prepare 18 pkts of drinks each
*please buy packet drinks only, not bottle type
8) Utensils (1 person needed)
