20 May parade at ARPC

Dear GB girls

This week, 20 May,  there will be a parade.

Do gather at 8am at the INDOOR SPORTS HALL IN CRC. (KRC WILL BE CLOSED) 

We will be going to ARPC. There will be transport provided.

We will be back in school by 10.30am.

Camp updates 6

Dear parents

Some tips before the camp:

Rather than a trolley luggage, a haversack or duffle back is preferred. This ensures that the child can carry their own luggage.

There will be a briefing for all camp participants tomorrow morning. Girls, please look out for the announcement.

Do encourage your daughter to pack her own bag. You may supervise her. This ensures that she knows what's in the bag. It's advisable to put each day's set of clothes in a ziplock bag / plastic bag so that the dirty clothes can be kept in the bag after the shower. We have a lot of instances of lost clothes when the kids go to the shower without a bag, or kids getting upset because their parents or helper forgot to pack an item for them. We do wish to instill a sense of responsibility and independence in the kids, so we greatly appreciate if parents can partner with us on this.

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to inform you that the instructors from Camp Challenge will be joining us for this camp! :) 

Camp highlights: high and low elements, outdoor cooking, island hopping (St John's Island) and campfire.

Assembly Details

Date: 12 May, Friday 

Time: 2 pm (Be punctual!) 

Venue: Gallery (Level 4 KRC) 

Attire: School PE attire (house tee)
Remarks: Please have your lunch before gathering

Dismissal Details

Date: 14 May, Sunday

Time: 12 pm 

Venue: Meeting Point 

Payment Details

Cost: $140 (We will be using our GB funds to subsidize each child $40)

Therefore, please make a payment of $100.

Mode of Payment: Cheque

Please write a cheque made payable to 

'Nanyang Primary School'. 

Please deposit the cheque with your child's name and class written on the back in a sealed envelope into GB CCA PIGEON HOLE at KRC. 

NOTE: do not place them in the teacher's pigeon hole!
