Some announcements to take note of

Dear girls,

Here are a few announcements/ reminders from Saturday's parade:

1) GB Fortnight cards
- Please be careful with your fortnight cards. A police report will have to be filed for any lost cards.
- Also, if you manage to collect some money in school everyday, please leave the cash at home and do not bring too much money around in the ziplock bag for safety reasons.
Important notes if you are using the leaflet for donations:
- Credit card donations are NOT ALLOWED anymore as there is some security function issue. Please only issue cheque/ cash.
- If anyone wants to write a cheque, please write the cheque out to "The Girls' Brigade Singapore". There is a printing error in the leaflet, so please do not follow that.

2) Consent forms
- Girls who have yet to hand in your consent forms/ took back your consent forms, please remember to drop them into locker 124 by this Wednesday. Girls whose consent forms are not in by then WILL NOT be allowed to participate in ALL the activities that require consent. This is a training in responsibility that all girls should remember and learn.

3) Creative Drill competition girls
-  The school is requesting for your help to present the drill on Aug 2 (to residents staying in the area) and Aug 8 during National Day Ceremony in school. As such, all participants of the drill competition team are requested to be back for parade on Aug 2, where a rehearsal will be carried out before the actual presentation on Aug 2. Please email Mam Jac at zeng_sufang_jaclyn@nyps.edu.sg by 18 Jul if your parents do not allow you to participate in this.
- All drill certs will also be presented to drill competition participants on Aug 8 during morning assembly. Girls are required to be in their full uniform. If girls are not in full uniform, they will not receive their certificates in front of the school.
