 Dear Parents/Guardians,

As part of our Enrolment Ceremony program, we would like to invite you to attend a useful parenting workshop entitled “Beyond Normal Sadness: Depression in Kids and Teens” conducted by Dr Adrian Loh.

Details for the workshop:
Date/Time : 31 March 2018, 3pm – 4pm (light refreshments will be served) Venue : Marsiling Secondary School, Library @ Level 2

Workshop Outline:
Depression has been on the rise amongst the young. Tragically, some have even become victims of suicide. Why do kids and teens get depressed? What can parents and other adults do to help? If these are questions that interest you, do come and listen.

Workshop Speaker:
Dr Adrian Loh is a consultant psychiatrist working in the public sector with a practice focus on young people. He believes in taking a holistic approach to helping those who struggle with emotional and psychological difficulties to recover and have the chance to lead meaningful lives.
